Pregnant woman dies in a tricycle crushed by a truck

A revenue agents/officerd engaged in a chase with a truck  that  declined pulling over.

Unfortunately the pregnant woman was in a tricycle with other  passengers when the tragic incident occurred  loosing her life in the process.

The revenue agents/officers who were responsible  for  this tragic accident made their way in to the water side river.
