Man who slaughtered his daughter as sacrifice to God

Tragic story of the man who slaughtered his daughter as a sacrifice to God.

A man identified as John Depuun, snatched his little daughter from his wife, took her to a bush and murdered her in cold blood in Mbangur, Benue state. 

Mr john Depuun was forcefully taken to the police station by his neighbours and villagers.

In the process of interrogation,Mr Depuun admitted to killing his daughter saying he was only carrying a divine instruction from God.

"I have not laid my hands on anyone’s child and as such, should not be condemned.”It is my sheep and I decided to sacrifice it to God as demanded of me".
