Disguised madman who turns out to be a millionaire.

This madman  identified himself as Dele is a pathetic psychiatric patient that roams around without a particular destination destination.

He  was arrested on Tuesday by men of the Nigeria Civil Defence Corpse in Isikan area of Akure, nobody who  would have guessed that he is a millionaire who has way for himself through a kidnapping business.

Pedro Awili said he was arrested by his men while on surveillance duty within the metropolis.
